Matt's first Triathlon and another 5k for me! We had a great time and I was so impressed to watch Matt push himself so hard. It ended up paying off as he beat his goal time by 5 minutes. He placed 18th in his age group and 116th over all! He finished with a time of 1:04:58.02. I also raced and finished the 5k with a time of 33:00.21 and placed 75th. Now on to training for our 10k Mud-run in June!
